Très belle location

Nous y avons passé 3 jours. Literie très confortable sauf canapé d appoint dans la mezzanine. Je recommande

Great Place in Moab

Quiet and spacious. Our teenagers enjoyed the pool which was a nice way to end the day.

Beautiful place, great area, rude management
Publié le 21 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThe place was beautiful and very clean other than some marks/spots on the wall. There were a few things that were not working during our stay (toaster, garage door opener) and the upstairs rooms were very hot. It took us until the last day to figure out there was a time setting that upped the temp to 75 in the middle of the night. We were able to fiddle with it to change the setting. None of that would’ve been a huge deal for us. The problem came with the checkout time and a property manager lady. The property management company sent five separate emails prior to getting there and two texts. That’s on top of the messages from VRBO. After so many messages you start to tune them out. On some of the information the checkout time was listed as 10 and on other information it said 11. They also sent two more text messages toward the end of the stay that said checkout was 10 but by that time I had started to zone out the many messages to just enjoy the trip. I went with the 11 checkout time as that was what was in the management provided book. At 10:08 a woman knocked on the door, no hello her first words were your checkout was at 10. She promptly walked right in. She was condescending when we alerted her some of the materials said 11 to which she stated we assumed people would go off the text since that’s the newest information. When showed the book that listed the wrong time she then threw the homeowner under the bus saying they’ve been trying to get them to change it. Very rude.

Hi Megan-Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding the cleanliness and beauty of the property. We were not made aware of the toaster or garage door opener during your stay, or we would have addressed both immediately. The toaster has since been replaced after a guest informed us it wasn't working and we confirmed it was causing the GFCI to trip. The batteries have been replaced in the garage door opener and we would have immediately replaced them during your stay if we were made aware it was not working.
Regarding communication, our system sends access info via email and text 14 days before arrival, another text one day before arrival, and one final text before check-out. Other texts typically originate from VRBO or are concerning payment details. While we try to provide comprehensive communication, we understand that the volume can sometimes be overwhelming. The information shared about check-out time was correct in all of our digital communications. We realize the book in the unit had conflicting information, which we have since updated. We provide multiple options for communication on the VRBO app, direct contact number, office number, and our access information line to ask any questions during a guest’s stay. We are always available on these channels to answer questions or clarify information. We are sorry to see a three star review as we try our best to ensure each guest has an amazing stay in Moab.

We had a wonderful time.

It even had toys for the kids and games for the adults which kept everyone happy and having fun. The pool was right across the street which was very convenient. There was also a small playground my kids enjoyed. Overall it was a great stay

National Park Family Vacation
Publié le 8 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe home is as described and very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed and plenty of room for everyone to eat together and enjoy games or some TV time. Loved the outside patio and grill and it was directly across from the pool area. We visited Aches and Canyonland while we were in Moab. The brewery in town had good food and the staff was very friendly. Would highly recommend renting this home if visiting Moab.

Only down was a tile in the kitchen had a piece missing. Noticed it last year but this year we had a crawling infant and she cut her finger on it. Great place otherwise. Best of the 4 we rented.

We never want to have any issues such as this in the home and we work hard to ensure that everything is fixed right away when we are notified. Great Place!
Publié le 28 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayWas an ideal spot for our family. We were able to explore both Arches and Canyonlands pretty easily from here. The pool is very close and they have 2 pools and a hottub. Really clean and I like that they provided towels (both bath and pool ones) and toiletries and the kitchen had a lot of items in it as well.
