Nice, calm and clean. Well equiped, a very comfortable house. I didn't have to communicate with the owner, cause everything was clear.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There is plenty of parking in the street if you have a trailer and the garage was a very nice bonus. We would definitely stay here again!

This was one of the best Vrbo's we've stayed in. It was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of dishes, utensils, cookware, and little extras that made our stay very comfortable. The location was great! It was just outside of the main Moab area which kept us out of all that busyness. Getting to a store only took a few minutes.

Wonderful place to stay with family well visiting Arches and Canyonlands national parks. Great floorplan, well stocked, close to pool.

Beautiful place, inside and out! It was nice to relax at the pool after an exhausting day. Great communication with the hosts - thank you! We would definitely stay here again.

Very Unwelcoming Host

Check-in put a damper on our stay. Very unwelcoming. It was 106+ degrees on the day of our arrival. Check-in was at 4pm and we arrived at 3:50pm. Due to the extreme heat we wanted to get the fresh groceries into the refrigerator/freezer. We were planning on just dropping off the groceries and then meeting up with the rest of family. The minute I started unloading the groceries (maybe a few minutes after walking through the front door)I was bombarded with multiple VRBO and text messages from the host. The messages pretty much scolded me for being early and inconsiderate. I spent the first 20mins of my stay having to respond and apologize for those 10 mins. The cleaners then showed up after 4pm to finish up on cleaning. There were also issues with the A/C. The property was a steady 78 degrees the whole evening even when it was set to 69. Reached out to the host and was told it was due to the hot weather and it may take a while. That’s it. Spent the rest of my vacation wondering if we were being spied upon and worried that I would received more messages. I have never felt so unwelcomed by a host, ever. Wonderful unit but cannot recommend due to the host’s unwelcoming attitude and the creepy feeling of being spied upon during your whole stay.

Our cleaners are excellent and often under tight schedules to have the unit ready for the next guest. The cleaners were rushed that day finishing multiple properties. They texted me at 3:27pm to let me know they were planning to arrive just before 4pm (check-in time) to finish up. The cleaners have never missed a deadline. We receive a text when the guest door code is used. The guest checked in early at 3:48pm right at the time the cleaners were headed in. Because the guest checked in early, our cleaners would not go in until we coordinated with the guest. Her phone went straight to VM so we sent one text and one email via VRBO. We know things don’t always go perfectly and we can accommodate almost any situation. However, this guest was not sorry, would not acknowledge she checked in early and did not appreciate us letting her know she had checked in early. Most of our guests are great to work with. This situation was unusual. We let her know the cleaners would not go in once she was already in the unit. We were worried she would be upset the unit wasn’t finished, despite the fact she had checked in early. Approximately an hour after she checked in, the guest sent a picture of the thermostat showing 77 degrees Fahrenheit. She was upset it hadn’t cooled to 69 yet. According to the guest, it was 106 that day. On a normal day, it usually takes 1 hour for an AC system to cool down 1 degree. I apologized, explained this to the guest, let her know there were extra fans in the closet and suggested turning on all the ceiling fans. I then texted her 3.5 hours later to ask how the AC was doing. She said it had gotten down to 75. I let her know that was slower than normal, but likely to do with the 100+ degree day in Moab.

Short Moab Hiking/Rafting Trip!

We were only in Moab for 4 days but this condo was the perfect place to cool off after a long day of hiking. The accommodations were just as advertised and had everything we needed.

Great property for our trip to Moab. The place was as described and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Just a heads up... the door gets very hot in the desert sun!
