charmant guest house! Very friendly staff.

Perfect stay with very nice staff: Miles speaks french and his wife is lovely. Their breakfast is very good .
Toujours le même souci en Ecosse: l'heure du dîner: les restaurants ferment dès 21h voir avant.
Always the same difficulty in Scotland : to find a restaurant open after 21h .

Lovely weekend break

Caroline and Miles are wonderful hosts - helpful, kind and considerate.
Breakfast is made to order, and truly delicious.

Scotland visit.

Beautifully decorated and stylish rooms to the outstanding location, very nice and quiet area, plus scrumptiously delicious breakfasts too! Both Caroline and Miles are the perfect hosts who are attentive to your every need, whether it be looking for places to visit, eat or drink to the local history and much more besides, they are such lovely people and we really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful place and would highly recommend their fantastic b&b to anyone! So looking forward to visiting again in the future!

A welcome cup of tea and biscuits was presented on arrival: It was super clean with fresh crisp bedding and soft towelsComfortable warm central heating and hot water in a pristine shower room. The guidelines sent before our visit detailed walks and tourist attractions and this was VERY helpful.Our hosts clearly love this area and are knowledgeable on its history. Breakfast was substantial with delicious choices.Excellent service and value.

The house was situated in a very attractive location with beautiful scenery and interesting places to visit all around. Our hosts were very helpful both before and during our stay, and the accommodation was first-class.

Queensbury is a must stay if you’re in the area. Both Caroline and Miles, owners, are very knowledgeable, friendly and hospitable. The beds are comfortable after a days exploring, with an ensuite to freshen up. The breakfast was first rate, and cooked fresh to order from a menu which you leave out the night before.
Parking is ample, location is excellent, and Moffat has enough eateries to dine differently for at least 4-5 nights.
Our room was freshly decorated, and was clean and comfortable. I would say this was the best B&B that we’ve stayed in whilst in Scotland. We will certainly be re-visiting later in the year again.

Homely, welcoming and immaculate and just what was needed after a very busy few days. In a a lovely spot just off the main part of town, the Queensberry was calm and peaceful but still convenient. Excellent breakfast choice and most helpful hosts. Highly recommended
