Die Wohnung ist höchst geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Auch die Matratzen sind vorzüglich. Auf den Balkonen und im mit Esstisch und Loungemöbeln ausstaffierten Garten kann man ab dem Frühstück draußen sitzen und abends bei einem Glas Wein von Centanni (am Ende der Straße) die Sterne zählen... Olivenöl gibt es auch in der Nachbarschaft bei Rainati!! Tiffany und Marco sind charmante und in allen Situationen hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Herzlichen Dank! La casa è molto spaziosa e ben arredata con tutto ciò che serve. Ampio giardino e barbecue che completano i servizi della casa. Ci si sente a casa .. i proprietari sono molto disponibili e cordiali. Lo consiglio vivamente

A beautiful, light, relaxing, and comfortable home to stay in and a great location for various activities -- taking in the gorgeous Italian countryside, visiting old villages and strolling the seaside. Tiffany is a perfect host! The house is fresh, clean and well-appointed, and her attention to detail and helping make us feel at home made our stay even better -- soft sheets, plentiful towels, a well-supplied kitchen, and good coffee. Sitting on the balcony in the morning sun while taking in the stunning country vistas made us fully appreciate being on vacation! The nearby village was an easy walk away and perfect for visiting for a morning cappuccino and pastry or an afternoon glass of wine.

La casa di Tyffani eMarco è davvero meravigliosa, come un hotel 4 stelle. Una cucina graziosa e piena di ogni cosa, un largo e comodo soggiorno con un enorme divano, e tre camere da letto eccezionali con letti comodi, molto larghi e lenzuola di prima qualità. Gli host sono persone davvero accoglienti e pensano a tutti: ci hanno fatto trovare acqua, latte, formaggi, salumi, pane e tantissime alytre cose. E sono sempre pronti a dare una mano e scambiare due chiacchiere. Bellissima la visuale dai balconi e dal giardino. Anche il giardino è fantastico, con un tavole dove pranzare e cenare e una zona lounge dove riposare e chiacchierare. Peccato averlo usato poco per la grande presenza, nel nostro periodo di vacanza, di zanzare. Consigliatissimo!

We had a great time in a superb house at a magnificent spot. The kitchen equipment, the comfortable beds, the towels, the WIFI and television, all were sublime. Everything was of a high level of quality. The silence in the morning and evening were so good! On arrival we found a nice welcome package from the owners which was highly appreciated. Did I mention the large beds, both in length as the width? We experienced it on a much lesser standard in other houses. Even fans and airconditioning were available. Combined with the great hospitality of Tiffany and Marco, made our stay very memorable. Thanks for sharing your house with us and we will recommend your house as much as we can. Did I already made a remark of the beds? They were so good!

We had a lovely stay at the Adriatic recently. The house is located higher up in the hills so there is a lovely view of the surrounding vineyards from the balcony and yard. The kitchen was full equipped for cooking with knives, pots and pans, cooking oil and spices so it was easy to prepare our meals and eat them outside. A market is located a few minutes away by car so it is very convenient. There are several spacious seating and dining areas located in the backyard so it is a great place to relax with a glass of wine or book. Although there were just the two of us, the house would be a great place for a family to relax because it is much larger than other properties in the surrounding area. The house looked like it had been recently remodeled as a lot of the furniture and bedding looked brand new and the interior was very clean. The mattresses were firm. If you get tired of lazing around the house, the beach is less than 15 minutes away. The water was surprisingly warm and there are some cute restaurants on the beach along with the beautiful little hilltop historic town of Grottammare, where you can see an amazing view of the coast. Pro-tip; I am allergic to gluten and Cupra Marittima at Cristal beach has amazing gluten-free bread! Just ask the waiter.
