Quick getaway
Overall it was good. Nice house, nice neighborhood, comfortable and close to everything. Easy check-in and out Only suggestions: fix mailbox; water/shower doesn’t work in community bathroom; cut grass and no piled garbage outside would be great for first impression.

Solid place for short stay
Overall a solid place for a short stay. Nice neighborhood and very fairly priced for the house. Close to 5 stars. Kitchen table and chairs which are only place to sit other than couch was very shaky. Felt like we had to be very careful not to break them. Also no extra blankets or pillows.

Nice house, good neighborhood
There were 6 adults, 4 plates, 6 towels, 6 WC, 1 dishtowel, no dishwasher nor washing machine soap, no ice nor ice trays, no mixing bowls nor any other bowls! The table was too rocky for 6 adults to sit at, and the furniture in the living room was not comfortable for sitting long. Worst check-in I have had in all the years I have been renting. Ad said pet friendly, didn't mention an extra fee, but was billed x-tra for 2 under 10 lb pets-$89 for a 3-night stay! 2 rooms had no furniture at all!

Very nice host and awesome neighborhood
We had a nice time here. We stayed in December and the neighborhood is very festive. This house is very large and was very comfortable. My only critique is that the house had a bit of a smell. But it was a smell that could’ve been there because of previous renters. Overall I would definitely stay there again!

Great Location and Neighborhood
House is located in a great spot. It was adequate for our needs for the weekend. It was minimally stocked with essentials..tp, paper towels, ice, etc, wasn’t a huge deal we ended up getting our own, but just would have made the stay better. No extra blankets so bring your own if you need more. Price was great…definitely recommend this house, just plan on bringing what you need.
