Staff was pleasant. Room was clean. Sliding glass door to balcony was hard to open. Disappointed that the room we stayed in was advertised as having a beach view, not so. The view from our room was of the hotel next door

Staff was friendly, communication was good. Sleeping next to AC was not nice, switching it off was no option. Lots of dust under and behind bed. Sleeper couch was hard. Carpet on the steps and landings, very strange.
We felt safe during tropical storm Debby.
Safety deposit of $25 hasn’t been released as yet (10 days after stay).

Property is dirty and extremely outdated
Rooms are dirty , balconies are filthy
Paid for everything on hotels.com then was charged an additional 200 from hotel for what i have no idea can not get anyone to even return a call or answer the front desk phone.

We apologize for any issue with your unit. No issues were reported to us regarding cleanliness. The charge was refunded to your card.We are a smaller property that will often be found on the property taking care of guests so we apologize if we were unable to be reached for a period.

The room was really nice, and the reception guy Mr. Jimmy was awesome. We got an unexpected upgrade to our room that turned out to be a blessing as we were celebrating our 20th anniversary. We were able to walk directly to the beach from the property, super cool. We will go back to this propery.

Worth staying again

Toilet had some issues of not flushing and would constantly run. Shower had issues of draining properly.
Loved how there was options of having the vehicle covered shower when having an suv the lift gate will touch and scrap the back of your car.
Kitchen was well equipped but little salt and pepper added would definitely be a suggestion to add.

It was a nice quaint place for me and my 2 boys. The pool was small but right on the beach
