Short but sweet
Publié le 15 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThe condo was very clean and true to pictures. We had a great view and Todd was great to work with. Our stay was cut short from hurricane Debby but the few days we were able to stay was nice!

Publié le 2 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe room looked just as it was advertised. The only thing that was a little bit of a turn off was the cockroaches. I never once seen any inside the building, only in the parking garage and outside of the building. It was a great location and experience, i would definitely stay again.

Thank you for staying with us and your feedback. We're glad is was a delight and just as advertised. The Palmetto Bugs, a.k.a cockroaches are a variety of the pests that are much bigger than the ones you find in other areas of the country and which prefer to be inside whereas these prefer to be outside. You can Google the Palmetto Bug and find that they are commonly found and often seen in SC, GA and FL as they love our climate, sandy soil, etc. Once in a while they do find their way into the condos when guests leave the doors open to hear the ocean and have a nice breeze, so we suggest keeping the doors closed. However, as previously mentioned this variety prefers to be outdoors and they don't usually pose any issues inside the property, plus we have mandatory pest control in all of our condos.

Perfect for two people

And the shower water pressure was amazing! Perfect size condo for two people. Thanks for an awesome stay!

Publié le 10 avr. 2023 sur HomeAwayI've never booked a vacation before and I'm not the most tech savvy individual. Booking went smooth and easy with all of my questions being answered quickly. I did arrive in the evening and understand things are more laid back but I had to get someone's attention to acknowledge me, then it seemed like I was supposed to know where everything was. For example I was given my room key. I went upstairs to the floor but the room didn't exist. I was in the wrong building. Thank God I was because the building you check into and the "condo" building we stayed in are night and day as far as the overall niceness of the building. The condo was perfect size for me, wife and 8yr old son. Kept clean and the water pressure in the shower was great. It was also nice to have a washer/dryer in the living space. Wonderful view that I'd definitely recommend and will be staying again as we have friends in the area.

OK but needs a refresh
Publié le 1 avr. 2023 sur HomeAwayA full month stay which was OK. Need a full refresh like paint, washing, new sofa that looks pretty used and dirty as for the sofa footrest. Mattress should be change with new sheets. Hotel overall is very clean and parking easy being part of the hotel. Unit was sold during our stay so hopefully the new owner will upgrade the unit. Being face for the ocean was excellent since no noises from Ocean Blvd could be heard.

Friendly Stay
Publié le 7 févr. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe property was in a great location. Only one complaint-the lazy river was too fast and the tubes were filled too much. Couldn’t stay on! But, had a lot of laughs trying! Really liked the place. Friendly workers and people.
