Poorly trained hospitality staff

Our trip to our home town was totally mood damaging with our stay at this hotel. The breakfast buffet staff especially the supervisor of that restaurant is rude, mannerless and has no idea of hospitality and customer service. A very poor professional and na he’s his crew in a very unprofessional way, meeting with his staff in controlling and very rude manner in front of the guest. He behaves as if he is serving food free of cost to those eating there , especially at breakfast. The airport pick was not dependable and had us wait for 90 mins for the car to arrive . Felt sorry for the management. Not staying anytime in future

NEVER STAY HERE

The stay will go down as the worst experience ever. The hotel had a wedding going on everyday of our stay. The worst was on the last day when the loud music continued till 12.15pm. we were on the 2nd floor and the whole floor was vibrating. On speaking with the hotel staff they said there is nothing we can do as its a wedding and they will enjoy. The staff has no authority and is extremely rude and inexperienced. The so called manager of the hotel has no say in the running of the hotel. Kept saying what can I do? how do I help you. When we told him that it is his job to ensure hotel rules are followed and not ours. we had a miserable night as we didnt sleep at all cause of the music. Other rooms on the 2nd floor complained too but nothing was done. The staff rudeness and incompetency in handling the situation made it worse. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Excellent Furnished Room

It was excellent stay at Tuli Imperial. Overall clealiness was good, Food was excellent, Room was furnished well with Bath Tub in washroom. All toiletaries were provided without request & resembling five star hotel.
