Pathetic Hotel Management, Pl do prefer to book this hotel the people are too irresponsible. They can refuse your booking any time. I booked this hotel on 20th August 2019 Checkin and they refused the guest to checkin saying they are fully occupied. I lodged a complain to Expedia on 20th Aug but the hotel management is so irresponsible that they haven’t yet replied to Expedia till today 24th August. So pl if you want to spoil your vacation then you can book it. Other wise don’t think about it.
Expedia even your service has degraded so badly how can you keep Quiet when the hotel is not responding to you. They have kept saying to me ‘ they can’t do any thing till the hotel responds and the Hotel people are not even picking your call..

Cheap in price and in comfort

We had a Deluxe room reserved and we ended up having to settle for a standard one because they sold us a room that wasn't available apparently. Regarding cleanliness, I'm pretty sure there were some bugs in the bed because my boyfriend and I both came back with a thousand little itchy pimples after our night there. Also pretty certain the towels had not been washed because they both had some major stains on them. All this made the horrible noise that happened throughout the night in the corridors (coming from the kitchen I think) seem like a detail.
Only 2 good things to say: Breakfast was unexpectedly decent and staff was quite friendly and helpful.
Ok if you're on a budget, but if you can afford to spend a little more, do it!

Average but not unpleasant

The hotel itself is of average (there has to be an average) standard and qaulity. the car park is very tight and if you are worried about damage, scratches to it, leave it outside the entrance gates.
If offered rooms A001 or A002, ask for another room. These two are on the main thoroughfare through the hotel to the garden, bar and outside areas and you tend to have people walking and talking through (it echoes around) up to 0400hrs depending on how long the bar stays open.
Frogs are very noisy and if you are a light sleeper, take ear plugs.
Whilst there is an evening menu, most of the items were not available so ask before wasting time reading through.
Overall, a not unpleasant stay, if a bit noisy.
