Great little cabin for a weekend get away!

The loft has a very low ceiling and the shower head is very low making it difficult for someone tall to shower. It smelled of natural gas when we arrived and I realized some had left the gas stove burner on! Overall it was a great, cozy stay and was fine for 2 people. It had everything we needed! Would stay again!

Amenities Lacking/ Housekeeping Lacking
Publié le 5 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayAmenities listed did not work. Satellite did not work for TV. Internet very poor. Cabin needs a good cleaning, dirty, cobwebs. Front porch needs cleaned and furniture horrible condition. Could be a very nice place if someone would take the time to clean it, spruce things up and some love. If there had been anything else open to stay at we would have left.

Didn’t get what we thought
Publié le 2 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThe listing says 2 bedroom, it is 1 bedroom with no door on it and a loft that is about 6 feet tall, no average person could stand. It also says dining area, there is no table and chairs, just a couch that could seat 3 people. No other seating inside.
The washing machine was full of mold, outside cushions were gross, outside needs attention!!

We are sorry to hear this was your experience as we take all of our guests feedback very serious. We have received numerous 5 star ratings over the years, and must admit some of your comments are the first of their kind we have received. The pictures clearly show the upstairs area is a loft with a smaller ceiling. In addition, the pictures are very clear to not show a dining table in the living room or additional seating. Instead, this area features a fold out bed and TV trays. There is a dining table with benches also pictured outside. Cushions are challenging to keep clean for a cabin in the woods, and we have since replaced them with new ones. We made our cleaning team aware of the washing machine and it has since been re-cleaned.

Deep Clean
Publié le 5 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThis cabin needs a deep cleaning. We had to clean all the filters in the air conditioners and bathroom ceiling fan. We still didnt feel safe running the air conditioners because of all the black mold on them. Had to plug holes in screens to have the windows open. Of all the places we have rented this was not one of our favorites.

We have multiple 5 star ratings and have consistently provided a great experience for our guests after multiple years of hosting. We will absolutely look into the issues you mentioned, and wish we would have been made aware during your stay or had a chance to speak with you first, as some of the comments are misleading. There is not a ceiling fan in the bathroom, and our cleaning team checked the screens and did not find any holes. This is the first complaint we’ve received about the air conditioners and they have since received additional cleaning.

Great little place
Publié le 27 août 2023 sur HomeAwayGreat little place to stay. Itis a bit out of the way for food etc. The place had 1 master bdrm and a few beds i. A loft area, and a pull out couch. The listing said sleeps 8 but 4 was about the max id do. Rec room was great and peaceful.

Shore thing was good!
Publié le 28 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayWe really enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was probably the favorite. It was fun experiencing tiny house living. Outdoor amenities and game room definitely a bonus.
