So disappointed in this hotel

There were stains on the sheets and no soap in my room, but they claimed to not have housekeeping on the weekend so they couldn’t change my bedding or get me soap. So I had to buy my own soap and bedding! The shower was gross and clogged with hair. You couldn’t pay me to stay here again.

A decent hotel for the price. Staff is friendly but it’s not the best maintained hotel.

The property is old and outdated. Light fixture in kitchen was dirty and dingy. Water damage on kitchen ceiling. Dining chairs were filthy. Microwave door was broken (reported to front desk) . No soap in bathroom for handwashing and no ice machine on property; however, ice was available in icemaker in refrigerator (we had to wait hours for ice)

Flaky chairs
Publié le 11 août 2024 sur HotelsThe lady at the counter couldn’t find my reservation but the worker from that morning was able to call me and confirm how many beds were needed without any issues. When we got to our room the two chair at the table were made from a fake leather material and had been scratched completely off. They needed replaced. I cannot believe they left them in the room. Everything else was good.

Overall an OK experience.

Cleanliness was a bit of a concern. Chairs were worn, office chair mesh had something spilled into it, layer of dust on the fridge, carpet needs deep cleaning (or replacing). On last night, a huge cockroach was running up wall. We had to smash it.

This property was what I expected for a budget priced hotel. You get what you pay for. It was clean and safe. The property is very dated and was maintained only adequately

this place, seriously was SO clean! Everyone was SO nice!
It has Every amenity needed! It has a great walking or biking path right behind the hotel. Plenty of restaurants very close by
