The rooms was impeckable in its' cleaniless and the turn down service was very nice. Cloean, comfortable, very quite and walking distance to shopping and resturants. The wifi worked well for the first 2 days but not well during the day of my departure. The front desk staff was very friendly but not effecient. Case in point, when I checked in I asked for a nearby watch / jewary store location. I was told they would call me - never happened. I asked for a 9am wakeup call - it came 30 minutes late. I'd give the hotel a 4 star - only becuase the staff follow through was poor.

Not yet ready to call themselves a luxury hotel

Refurbish of existing boutique hotel. Check-in staff were very polite. Bellmen were great ambassadors for the neighborhood. Paid almost $1,000 for the room. Still smelled of paint in the room. No tv, no clock, no blue tooth audio device, no art on the walls. I get the minimalist intent, but despite the vibrant colors the room felt dull. HVAC also troublesome. Room set at 70 degrees, but never got cooler than 79 degrees.
