No fridge or in room coffee maker anymore. Bathroom was old and falling apart. Pillows were small and no filling in them. Room was very small and lots or road noise on the 28th floor.

Our room didn't have good water pressure in the shower. However the bathroom was very clean and the water was nice and hot. Great view of the Empire State Building from our window! Absolutely courteous and helpful staff. The wonderful TIC-TOC diner is accessible from the lobby and is open 24 hours. The New Yorker is an historic Art Deco building that reminded of the bustling days of that period. The inventor Tesla spent 10 years living in the hotel and his rooms are available to rent!
