Great For Girls Weekend
Publié le 27 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is our second time staying at this unit. There were four of us for a girls shopping weekend. It’s perfectly located near Pequot Lakes, Nisswa and Brainerd/Baxter. It’s very cozy and right off of Highway 371. Looking forward to returning again next year.

Great cabin on gull
Publié le 29 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe cabin was great, very clean and well maintained. The only reason for the four star review was the road noise from the highway was a little much at times and the beds were not very comfortable. Overall, very good property, highly recommend.

Publié le 9 août 2024 sur HomeAwayCabin was not the front cabin right on the water like the picture shows. Entire resort is just off of Hwy 371 which is very noisy in morning and evening hours. Only 2 firepits for 9 cabins which was disappointing.
Cabin itself was very nice, grounds were very well maintained, beach was combed every morning. Staff were very friendly. Overall I would say it is average.

Owner’s Response: “Hi Mark, we were surprised to read your review, as we are accustomed to providing 5-star experiences, and would like to clarify the following details. We shared with you beforehand that you could cancel and get a full refund, which you declined. Additionally, you were told a few weeks prior to your stay that while our cabin wasn't right on the beach, it's 100 feet away with a clear view of the lake. Also, in our listing photos, we do show pictures of the beach considering guests have use of the beach, fire pit, docks, and boat slip, but we also have clear pictures that show the other cabins located around ours. As a reminder, prior to your stay, we even sent you a link for the other cabin we have that's located on the beach, in case you wanted to rent that one instead. We wish you had reached out to us during your stay. We would've been more than happy to resolve your concerns and make your stay more comfortable. As you can see by our many great reviews, we are accustomed to providing five-star experiences, and we look forward to this property hosting many happy travelers!”

Family long weekend
Publié le 18 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a great stay. 6 adults and 2 kids. Plenty of room. It was wonderful to have a bathroom for each bedroom. We spent quite a bit of time on the really nice beach and spent a lot of time on the lake. Having a boat lift was great especially when the wind was strong. We are planning on coming back next year.

Perfect weekend stay
Publié le 4 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayBeautiful lake views and access…. Met every need of ours for a great wedding weekend getaway. Lovely cabin, nice kitchen, living spaces, and comfortable beds. The gas fireplace was a nice touch for our cooler evenings.
