When we arrived, our room reservation had been downgraded for no apparent reason. We had to settle for lesser room. We were told this problem often happens?!

Felt like the hotel was in a strange industrial area, and many low-income/ transient folks were walking around outside hotel late at night.

I WILL NEVER STAY AT AN IHG HOTEL AGAIN
Publié le 16 juin 2024 sur Hotelsit was horrible from the time we walked in the door. We left early so i could get a service oriented place to stay where the staff wouldn’t accuse me of having white priveledge and give me a fake name. Also for gods sake put in ice machines!!!
