Avis Oceanfront Beach House

Great location on the beach. The house was spacious and perfect for our 3 families. Great spot

Anita’s home was wonderful and just what our family of 15 needed for our spring break getaway. Anita was quick to answer any questions I had prior to the start of our vacation and she was super helpful during our stay as well. When we first arrived, we noticed there were not enough towels for our group and she immediately notified the cleaning crew and had them delivered additional towels as requested. I was also able to text her for the wifi password. The home had everything we needed for our family. The rooms were spacious with large closets, extra blankets and pillows, and each room had its own bathroom. Two of the bedrooms also had their own oceanfront balcony. The kitchen and laundry rooms were fully stocked. There were also board games provided that entertained our little ones in the evening. The pool was nice, with additional beach chairs provided and a private outdoor shower. We loved having our own walkway to the beach! The main deck had a few nails sticking out, so that could be updated, as my sister-in-law did end up hurting her foot but luckily none of the kids stepped over them. Many stores are close by and we visited a few fresh seafood markets as well. Can’t beat eating fresh seafood ocean front! Overall, the entire group had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our stay. Will hopefully be back in the future.
