Great value stay!
Publié le 16 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis vacation rental was immaculately clean! The check-in process was seamless as our host Peter sent me detailed instructions. Casa Arbolitos is a spacious home full of nice amenities. So much is new including all the kitchen appliances, flooring and carpet. There were so many unexpected things included in the kitchen cabinets such as coffee, tea, spices,and oils. Dishes, utensils and cookware were plentiful. The beds, linens and bath showers were great! Also, the A/C works great! It was obvious that Peter is making his way through the house and updating Room to room. This large 4 bedroom home is a great value and we hope to return!

It was a pleasure to host Eileen and family. Our communication was always good. They were very low maintenance, followed all house rules and left my place in great shape. I would welcome them back any time!

.played hard with kids during day so need a good bed .beds top notch slapt hard a rock . We hope to do this next and hope to get same place.

Excellent property and even better host
Publié le 29 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThese vacation rentals are always hit or miss. This was the best vacation rental experience we have had. The host, Peter, was fantastic. He checked in on us making sure we had what we needed and even allowed us to extend our stay a day when we found out we had a day to spare. The house was clean, roomy, well stocked and to make everything easy most everything was labeled. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this property to anyone looking for a top notch get away.

needed cleaning, ants in sugar, spill and grind notice in some drawers. closet musty in the master bedroom. chip cups and some dishes.

well, perhaps if Ms Robert's could figure out how communicate her concerns on the vrbo email system - her concerns would have been addressed. She was sent 4 emails, to which zero she replied to. One of those specific emails the very first morning after - asking her if she slept well if she was comfortable or needed anything? Apparently for whatever reason Ms. Roberts feels that we should communicate outside of vrbo, with different email addresses and phone numbers and text messages which is very problematic and uncalled for. You made your reservation on the vrbo system so you know how to use - it you can pick up your messages there.

Convenient Location/Spacious Home
