Poor experience overall.

Doing maintenance and being loud the whole stay, (when booking it would have been nice to know hotel was doing maintenance) service was slow and always seemed like we were a burden when asking for towels, sheets, bedding etc. breakfast was poor, once again would’ve been nice to know no hot food was available during maintenance. Overall poor experience.

Would stay again

Newly renovated room. Front on dresser drawer in master bedroom broke off when I opened it. Could see where old light fixtures used to be. Housekeeping did not come in and make beds or clean. Had to ask for clean towels etc and set our trash outside the room to be picked up. The desk staff was super friendly. Front of hotel being renovated so breakfast was minimal. Only cold items and waffle maker. But I know when it's done it's going to be nice. Pool was meeky and they treated it last night so we didn't get to swim last night or this morning. Overall though a nice roomy place to stay with clean comfortable rooms and beds and I would definitely stay there again.

There was a storm that took down the power grid in Omaha. The hotel had no power our entire stay. It was 100 degrees outside and no air conditioning. We could not sleep in the hotel. No one from the hotel offered any refund or other compensation.

Rooms not worth the price, evening shift staff rude, unorganized, unprofessional, rooms not completely stocked, only 1 trash can in the room, no vending for ice machines. Staff thought it was inconvenient for us to ask where our room was. Never staying there again. I could have stayed at the holiday inn express for that price and would have had better experience.

The space is very tight. Me and my husband got some bruising because there are not enough space between the door and walk space in the room and to the bathroom.

We were not impressed. For the price, we expected a much better experience. Online pictures make this hotel look so much better than reality. The hotel is currently remodeling. As a result, breakfast was being served out of a small room with no seating available. Breakfast choices were slim. Lack of security was concerning. Side doors were propped open for construction workers. While swimming, a large family entered the pool area to swim without appropriate swimwear. We wondered if they were actually hotel guests or if they just walked in the open doors to swim for free. Our room was newly remodeled. It was clean. The craftsmanship of the new remodel was very poor. The new shower was cut out to fit around an existing light switch. Bathroom doors did not close properly. Wall decor and tvs were not centered correctly. It was sad that what could have been really nice updates, were poorly executed and looked very unprofessionally done. We will not be staying here on future visits to Omaha.
