This motel is a disgrace to the name Travelocity and the name Wyndham. The drapes had holes that they clamped together with a paper clip. Drapes falling off the walls. Cars doing short-term parking outside my window all night. Loud music all night. Water barely trickled. No amenities in the room. No Phone to call the desk. we had previously used this location for 35 years, Never again!!!
We were told the area is the drug district of Omaha and Council Bluffs.

The curtains and rods were falling off the wall. Lipstick on the pillowcase. Sheets rumpled. Water in sink trickled.No phone, no microwave, no amenities shown on Travelocity website. Noise and music and running vehicles outside my window all nite. I was scared to leave my room.
I looked at two other rooms there that were worse. Holes in the drapes. Stained bedspread. I cannot express how terrible it was. I learned from my Skycap at the airport that this motel is in the drug district. The condition of the building is a bad representation for Travelocity and for Wyndham

Got a room on the second floor and around midnight woke up itching so badly because I'd been bit by bed bugs. They gave me another room on the first floor and the same thing happened there.

Not worth the money
Publié le 25 août 2024 sur HotelsPlumbing not in good repair. Someone before me had bled on my sheets, hangar holding vmhsir dryer fell off the wall, indifferent front desk staff entire motel needs repair, paint and an upgrade. Shabby. Bed was comfortable is best I can say.

The room with a king size bed was modern and clean. This is a value based hotel and is worth it.

This was a terrible motel. Staff was not helpful. Mold in the bathroom under the sink. Crumbs in the bed like the sheets had not been washed.
