Water Smell
Publié le 29 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe stools were brown stained from the bad water! Took shower and the water smelled so bad that I smelled better before I showered. The kitchen water smelled also. I wouldn't suggest anyone stay here until they fix the water fixed. I wished I could get a refund for the price we paid for 1 night. Very UNHAPPY !!

This guy kept messaging us on the platform on different reservations, different bookings requested, etc. Its clear he doesn't understand how to use a booking platform, or a computer. Not sure which, or both.
We had sent everything to him in the welcome message, which highlights that Izatys properties are on well water, not city water. If he had read that OR inquired about it during his stay, this could have been resolved ahead of time. We sent the welcome message (again, which explains the entire property of Izatys, not just our unit, is on well water) 5 days prior to his arrival. If he was concerned then, we would have gladly given back his money. No refund was ever asked, no communication was ever had with this guy.
I'd advise other hosts to stay away from this guest. Clearly with all the other 5 star reviews on our property, this is just someone who likes to complain.

Beautiful Lake Home

Great Lake Property
Publié le 20 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayVery comfortable townhouse for a lake stay. The communication with the owner is prompt and detailed. CHeck in process was smooth and easy. The house is well appointed for comfort and convenience. The walk to the resort is perfect for getting in some steps but not so far that you can’t manage even with kids. The convenience of the resort is a plus for pool and food options. The sunsets were beyond breathtaking. The only drawback to the property is beach access. We went to the state Park for swimming. I’d recommend this property for sure.

Great Location on Mille Lacs

Ellie was nice enough to let us in a few hours early. Beautiful view. Love all the updates. So fresh. Thank you. Would rent again. The nicest of the 4 we rented for the weekend.

Publié le 3 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayBeautiful views, comfortable beds, great layout with all bedrooms upstairs. Enjoyed the weekend golfing and rented a pontoon to explore the lake. Very nice place; would recommend to family & friends.
