There was no hot water no drinking water no AC very bad

Dear Sir,Greetings.. Please note one and two litre plastic water container banned for nilgiris. Guests request we will be provide RO Water. And also note non of the Hotel have ac in ooty. All are non ac only. Inconvenience caused to you is very much regretted.

2 days was enough
Publié le 19 déc. 2023 sur HotelsReception struggled to find our reservation at check in. Room was basic, Very hard double bed. Kettle and a jug of water was supplied at check in, no further water given and room does not get made up.
We were in the main building annexe and it obviously had not been used for some time, smelt and felt damp. I know we are in the mountains and should expect lower temperatures. We were told hot water would only be available 7-10 both mornings and evenings but we had to ring reception several times to get the water turned on, and it didn't stay in for long
Positives.....good location, short walk into town and quiet at night. Hotel renovations during the day so very noisy.

Völlig überzogener Preis!

Alte Duscharmaturen, schwierig einzustellen, Warmwasser nur zu bestimmten Zeiten. Frühstück karg. Aber vor allem: Hatte wegen der Kälte Heizung bei hotel.com bestellt - es gab aber keine, nur gegen Extragebühren von 600 Rupees/Nacht. Nie wieder!!

we provided the guest with the best room with a splended view. The TV in the room is connected with cable digital connection with channels allotter by the government hence the guest being a foreigner could not get the channels which he expected. Breakfast buffet system with indian and continental. There was no complaint from the guest regarding hot water and shower which could have been ractified had the guest complaind. Room warmer is chargable per day RS.600 which is mandatory.

not so worthy for money u pay

Pour : In all respect it is good
Contre : perhaps they can provide heater and its not a must
Emplacement : Centrally located, walk able distances are: lake, bus stand, railway station, rose garden, botanical garden and nearby restaurants
stay was very good, staff are very kind and helping, hotel has a restaurant which provides excellent food, breakfast is free. Tour operator is in the hotel provides taxis and we had very nice 2 days tour of Ooty
