My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The home was beautifully decorated and very clean. Any issues or questions were quickly answered and addressed. The host was very professional, helpful and friendly. I will definitely book again in the future!

Great Location

The house is in a great location and the Champions Gate community is fantastic. The host was quick to respond to all inquiries. The were some minor maintenance and cleanliness issues but nothing that affected our stay.

Disgusting, not sanitized. Don’t waste your money

No one contacted me from housekeeping. It is not fair that I paid money for a place that’s not clean . Table placement old food stains. Stool was found on the bathroom seats down stairs. Walls and doors are filthy. Cabinets also filthy. Curtains are dirty. Decorative pillows are disgusting with stains. The bar stool chair are covered in red stains and filth. Covers smell like old perfume. Missing bricks around pool. Swimming pool not properly functioning. No one here play with nerf guns and it’s nerf gun bullets on the floor. I’m not sure if this is how you care for your property, but if it was my property I would be highly disappointed. Especially with Covid and all other germs. I would expect the place would be cleaned and sanitized. It’s not clean so therefore it’s no way it’s sanitized. No accommodations were made.

Great stay

We really enjoyed how large this house was and how easily it accommodated all 11 of us. The pool in the backyard was super fun and the community pool was a blast with the lazy river and water slide. Check in and out was as easy as it gets. The host responded quickly to any questions we had which was so appreciated.
