Lots of space

There are about 40 steps to climb to get to the condo. It was clean and spacious. The appliances really need replaced. The microwave and dishwasher have a fair amount of rust on the inside where you cook food or clean dishes. The insulation strip in the oven is frayed and looked like it could catch on fire. (I have pictures.) Other than those details the place was clean and comfortable.

The Host was very nice letting us in early since we arrived in town sooner than expected . The home was not clean at all . Food fingerprints everywhere , dirt all over the floors , honestly I was pretty annoyed how much I paid for cleaning service if this is the job that’s done . We had zero trash bags , dried paint on sheets in the bedroom. Pictures look great but this home is filthy , not sure if the owner even knows how gross it is. The pool area was awesome and give the Bahama Bay 5 stars but the actual unit not impressed at all

Spring Break 2024

We enjoyed our stay at this unit, it was in a quiet and safe area. We did have a few issues which I brought to the attention of the property manager and he stated that it would be checked into but nothing was done. The bedroom with the queen bed in it did not have any light bulbs in any of the lamps and the ceiling light wouldn’t work either. Also the ceiling light in the living room area wouldn’t work. The screened in patio looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for quite awhile and having enough hot water for more than one person to shower or bathe was an issue. Hot water heater is too small for this size unit.

Great price for amenities

Bahama Bay is wonderful with minor fixes. The condo needs some more work but overall the price is well matched to what is provided.

Cleanliness and response times were not good

During the stay, we encountered several issues. 1st night there we noticed that the light in the locked closet in the master room was on all the time and I messaged for someone to come and shut it off. No response to this. The next morning the guests that were staying in queen size room could barely walk because the mattress was awful and was sagging so badly. Plus, the bed skirt had foreign matter on it that we just told ourselves was wax from a candle. We had to buy a mattress topper just to be able to withstand the duration of the trip (which we had to leave behind because we all flew). Half of the light bulbs were burnt out in the unit and there was not much room for people to sit in the living room when we had downtime. Overall, the stay wasn't horrible, but would like to see some better upkeep of the unit. We will be going back to this resort for the next 3 years, so we were hoping to find a unit that we loved to stay in each time, but that was not the case. I don't usually leave negative feedback, but feel that some changes need to be made for future renters.

Nice resort for good price

You can’t beat a nice resort with multiple pools, 3- bedrooms, 2-baths for an unbelievable rate. Great location!

Great Stay

Property was nicely decorated, cleanliness was lacking a bit, my recommendation would be to clean the shower heads and the tub is the master was leaking water when we arrived. The condo could've been a bit cleaner, there were some cleaning details missed.

Family weekend

The internet was problematic in the beginning! The property manager, nor the owners knew the password. When we received it, it was very slow! Small tvs! No elevators, 3rd floor condo, but after researching the reservations, it did state that in smaller print! The door wouldn't lock, even after a locksmith was sent out. I was just ready to go!

Great Resort!

The resort was more than I expected it! Roomy and beautiful. Everything you needed was in unit. Every store needed near by!
