Nice house
Publié le 29 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house was overall nice. Pros: large with lots of space and cute Disney decorations.
Cons: we have 4 kids and after having a pool day there at the house, every single one of them came out of the pool with blisters on their hands and feet, 2/4 were bleeding on toes, we think it was a combination of too much chlorine and rough pool bottom.
Dish washer didn’t work properly, and beds weren’t the most comfy, we went to Walmart and bought a mattress topper.
But overall it was a nice stay!

Great Stay
Publié le 30 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe really liked this property. The kids enjoyed the pool, and they said the water park was ok. (They just prefered the pool at the house.) Beds were comfortable, and so were the pillows. Communication was easy, and we got swift replies to any email we sent. The only thing I suggest is, whoever cleans, have them deep clean a little more. The couch had crumbs in between the seat cushions, and the floors had some dirt stains. I thought the tiles had some knicks, but i looked closer it was dirt stains. Not a big deal, but it might bother some people. We would definitely rent this property again. Thank you!complaints. I would defwas dirt

Spacious and Cozy Home

The house had plenty of room for our group of seven (four adults and three kids), and everything was clean and comfortable. The home itself is really nice and cozy, and we felt very relaxed during our stay.
The only suggestion we have is regarding the living room couch. Given how cozy the home is, we think it would be perfect with a bigger, fluffier sectional to provide more seating for family time in the living area. It would make the space even more enjoyable for everyone to gather together.
Despite a small incident outside of the homeowner’s control, we absolutely fell in love with this home and would definitely love to book it again in the future!

Wonderful stay

Excellent Place to Rest
Publié le 2 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property was incredible and matched the pictures exactly. Everyone had their own room and bathroom, which helped a lot in overall stress. The game room was very nice and a fun distraction, and the pool was amazing. Everything was clean and overall it was an excellent place to stay while hitting Disney World all week.

Great location with a fireworks view

However, everything was very clean and the host was incredibly responsive. We enjoyed the pool immensely and even the distant view of fireworks from Walt Disney world. Would definitely stay again

Family getaway
Publié le 12 août 2024 sur HomeAwayCheck in with getting our cars thru was a joke. Couldn’t get a hold of the property management. Called many times. Sent many text messages and finally got a response back after waiting at the gate for over an hour. Was never told that we needed to list other family members to the list to be able to bring another car to the place.

We are so sorry that you didnt read the instructions correctly, you received it few days before your check in ( as you confirmed it ) you called the manager only at (9:20 pm was answered at 9:25 pm ) Windsor hills community is the best resort in the area and have a great security system, if you dont give the right information they wont let you in .
