We were visiting family at the hospital by property. Very clean, staff extremely nice and attentive. Would stay there again and actually recommended it to other family.

There is nothing fancy about this hotel which is what I was looking for. Small gym, nice laundry room if needed and kitchenette. For what I wanted it was excellent.

Weekend Getaway

Overall, everything was great. The bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and it was relaxing. There were just a few things we didn’t like. Some surfaces were a little sticky, and there was a weird smell in the room.

Staff is very nice and welcoming and it’s quiet and spacious in the rooms. Very convenient with laundry facilities indoor and grab and go breakfast options are very appreciated!

I booked the room for 2 nights but only stayed one night due to the condition of the room. Upon check in I opened the refrigerator door and there was a thick and foul smell. I opened the freezer door and it was obvious that the unit was not running for quite some time. Then, I went to the front desk to alert Staff and her immediate response was "we don't have any other rooms." I was furious. She alerted Maintenance and upon his arrival he notified me that he had a brand-new unit to swap. While he did that, I had to run to Walmart to get ice for my cooler so I could pack my food and drinks overnight. \ The kitchen was disgusting. Food in the burners, obvious food back splash, no dishes, utensils, cups. The floor had major sticky spots all over, even the bathroom There was trash left under the Air Unit by the window. When I went to check out early I shared the above with the staff and she told me that there should have been a sign in the kitchen stating that there were dishes available to check out. There was no sign. The vending machines were completely empty. All of them. I had a terrible time and truly believe I should be refunded.

The hotel is rundown. Cleanliness of room was below average. You have to go to front desk to get a coffee maker hair dryer and other essentials provided in room at other hotels. Won’t be staying there again.
