Oceanfront
Publié le 3 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayExceptional location. A lot of daily traffic from 6am to 11pm. Kitchen has most everything you need. Carport parking was beneficial. Lots of stairs from carport to house and inside house from living area to bedrooms. No patio on balcony of your own to sit and enjoy ocean views. Property manager is friendly and incredibly responsive.

It is a two story condo, all the living area is upstairs, designed for an enhanced view experience, all rooms have an ocean view, the bedrooms are downstairs. There is most certainly a private balcony as I own the condo next-door to the right as well as this one. It has a beautiful new large high table with 6 padded chairs that are available 24/7 for your enjoyment. There is also outdoor seating right in front of this condo and also in the rear of the condo, where my renters enjoy soaking up the sunshine. The front doors are large glass french doors that many renters enjoy keeping wide open in the warmer months, bringing the outdoors into the indoor, enjoying the sounds of seagulls, crashing waves and the ocean breeze and smells of the fresh salt air, which are all right outside your doors. Heaven on Earth!

View of the ocean - awesome

The amazing Pacific Ocean, Lovers Point view out the large plate glass windows cannot be surpassed!
Fully furnished 2 bed/2 bath townhome.
Already booked another month next year.

The perfect location!
