Had issues with my credit card payment at the front desk reception. Apparently they only allow pin transaction credit card, no signature transaction. Fortunately, I had a local there to help me to pay first. Many mini cockroaches found in the room toilet and areas beside the bed, despite after changing my room once. Overall the hotel is very run down and had a bad odor especially from the smoking rooms level. Avoid the smoking rooms. Staff and service are quite prompt to requests and maintenance. Expectation from breakfast is okay, but the coffee is really bad with alot of coffee residues. Will not visit again.

We needed to deposit 100,000 IDR for the Key which was ridiculous. we had 3 rooms so total IDR 300,000, which we got back on check out. also we ordered 3 rooms double bed, and we received 3 rooms with 2 twins, as hotel was full. 1 of the rooms had water leaking inside the room, but they did not have another one to change. also the power outlet for the kettle was smoking so disconnected immediately. i could have caused a fire.

Really enjoyed my stay- the staff made me feel so special- especially on my birthday! They were so nice and always smiling, it made me feel right at home. I had a great time!

Absolutely great place to stay in Padang! We were only there for a night as we had a day between flights but it was perfect for us! Easy to get to from the airport via the Damri bus (get off at Plaza Andalas) which is by far the cheapest option to travel the 45 minutes. The check in was fast and the room was clean and comfortable with AC. Breakfast was an amazing buffet with plenty of food to choose from and the staff offer you eggs cooked however you want them as well. There are a fair few options around for food that we saw on our evening walk and the beach is nearby though we didn’t manage to go. The Damri bus back to the airport left from the main stop at the bottom of a huge park just 15 minutes walk away so getting there was also very easy and cost effective. Definitely stay here if you can!

Stayed 2 nights, quite out of the way to night spots but convenience to reach the seas side.

The structure of the hotel is pretty run down. The room is clean but the towel is smelly and there is no hairdryer in each room. Walls along the corridor is soaking wet and the ceiling on 3rd floor is broken. Beware at 5am the mosque will start chanting and it is really loud.
