Great condo!
Publié le 6 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis condo was exactly what we expected! It was clean and comfortable with a gorgeous view of the beach. Kenny was very responsive to questions and check-in was super easy. Will definitely stay here again!!!

Publié le 20 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat view from room. It is an older room. Could use some updating. Was sufficient for our needs. Especially for short notice. Property Manager was very reaponsive and courteous. This room may not be where u want to stay with kids. Some vulgar things were happening on a balcony by the pool. During daylight hours with kids swimming.

Eddie glad you enjoyed the room and was good for your stay. Yes, unfortunately, there are definitely people that are not courteous of other guests staying, which you'll find at any location. Wish it was something we, and I'm sure any hospitality place wishes they could control more. Wish you the best!

First time beach stay and loved it

Location was good since we weren’t familiar with the area but many places to eat and do where not too far away. The beach was clean and access was easy. Elevator wait was not bad. All in all, very pleased with the condo, the location, and the price.

Publié le 14 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is one of the first properties on VRBO that we would not return to. The property does need updated. Several things do not work properly. The balcony and view were fabulous. Unfortunately our neighbors smoked. The balcony had a table and chairs. The cushions need replaced but it was nice to have a table. There was not a greeting when we arrived. We have always had a greeting and sometimes a treat. The greeting would include instructions. We had to call Kenny because we couldn't figure out how to lock the door when we left. Kenny answered right away and helped us.

Sue it sounds like generally your trip was really enjoyable. I'll take a look at the cushions and see about replacing them. The owner is looking into doing a big remodel this offseason so hopes is it will be even nicer in the future. I'm not sure I know what you mean by "greeting". We sent you check-in instructions 7 days prior to your stay so you have ample time to prepare and ask any questions. Not sure what else you wanted. Think what we do is relatively normal for any vacation rental. And like you said I answered right away with any questions you had. Wish you the best in the future! :)

Scam wrong property.

The furniture was dirty and torn. This was not the unit I rented. This should not be overlooked.Totally unacceptable. This was a SCAM’

Bonnie I'm sorry to hear your response to your stay. I wish you had told us that you locked up the disposal with whatever you were trying to flush down the sink. Once we discovered it after your stay we unlocked and cleaned it out within an hours time. I don't know what you're talking about rigging the door shut. You called me and I explained to you how to use the lock correctly in less than 30 seconds and you were good to go. We don't move people to different locations or anything like that. The photos that you see in the listing are of the specific place that you stay. Not sure what you're talking about there. The condo is cleaned thoroughly and no reason we would ever miss the toilet. Again, if there was an issue wish you would have told us. Our cleaners come back and address anything that guests want addressed. Best regards.

Girls trip!
