Great house and location

Perfect spot and great home
Posted Jul. 30, 2024 on HomeAwayHouse and property were perfect, short watch to the beach, and plenty of chairs, umbrellas, etc to be used. The golf cart was great! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Had everything we needed for a great vacation
Posted Jul. 23, 2024 on HomeAwayThis property was perfect for our needs. There were 2 couples and 3 kids and everyone had exactly what they needed. Rooms a plenty, pool toys and beach equipment, pool and beach close by. It was a quick walk to the private beach which we got lucky that it was never crowded and we would bring down beach chairs, a tent and umbrellas from the house and it was great to have all day. The kids loved the pool and all its toys... especially the basketball hoop. Ironically the things I wanted to get in a rental, we didn't use because it was so hot (firepit, bbq, bikes, golf cart, pool loungers) but still happy that we booked this house. I can see why people choose to come back to this location. I was a little concerned with the construction in the neighborhood but didn't hear any noise especially since we were gone most days to the beach. Screened in patio with the mini fridge was especially a favorite, especially for watching the morning storms roll by. Thank you for giving our family such an amazing trip!

Another Wonderful Week on 30A

The location is unbeatable, offering easy access to the beach. The highlights of our stay were the pool and screened-in porch. Perfect for those double red flag days!

Beach Vibes Received!
Posted May 18, 2024 on HomeAwayMy family of 6 felt like we were “home”. This property has everything you need and more. All of the comforts of home plus all of the pool and beach toys you could dream up.
We enjoyed the size of the home at 94 Pelican Glide as we all had our own bedroom, and shared the screened in area overlooking the pool. The fire pit is roomy, and has awesome seating. We had a cool night and it was perfect. It did take a minute to dig in the sand to find the gas turn-on/shut off valve at the base of the fire pit.
Lots of games to play outside and inside as the property was well equipped for hanging out.
The bikes were a great touch as it seems like how most folks get around in the local area. The golf cart took us to dinner once but we didn’t use it much as we preferred our own vehicles when traveling to the restaurants we made reservations to. This really isn’t the golf cart community like Sand Destin so it was nice to have but not needed for us.
We found the area to be upscale and very beautiful. I hope that your family will give Jennifer and her property strong consideration.

Beautiful Home!
Posted Apr. 9, 2024 on HomeAwayThis house was everything and more for our family! We had 4 kids ages 11, 3 and 2 under 1 and 6 adults. stay over Easter break. The house was very clean, beds were amazing (my daughter didn't want to leave cause the beds were so comfy) the kitchen was stocked and the pool was a major hit. The weather was chilly so we only made it to the beach one day. We ate every night in the screen in porch. The shed had everything you can imagine to keep the kids and adults entertained. We did have the pool heated and Im glad we did because it kept the kids busy all day. The location was perfect we road bikes to rosemary and Alys beach every morning. Jen was so responsive to questions I had. I am very happy with the home we picked for our first family vacation with our new little ones. We hope to be back again!

Everything we dreamed of.
Posted Apr. 6, 2024 on HomeAwayMy wife said it best. ‘Photos don’t do it justice’ Great home with everything our family needed to make this our home away from home. The heated pool for spring break was amazing and the kids loved it. The house was clean, the kitchen was amazing with all the things, bedrooms were nice and the back screened in porch was another great feature.
Seriously tho the location to the beach was less than a five minute walk and the had all the accesories we needed to have a great day at the beach. The bikes allowed us quick and easy access to the surrounding areas as well as the Golf Cart.
Simply put. ‘We will be back’
