Rented the unit in February into March
Publié le 17 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayTo begin, Nathan and his girl Friday (Stephanie) were excellent hosts. They took every effort possible to provide us with whatever we needed that was not already available.
We rented this unit during February into March, 2024. As to the property, what is shown on the VRBO website is exactly what you get. It is not a resort type accommodation. It is a modular home set among other modular homes on a hilltop in Parker AZ. However, if what you what you are looking for is a place for your family to lodge when you are not out exploring the surrounding mountains, canyons, or river, it is perfectly acceptable. It is clean, secure, comfortable, and adequately stocked with basics (if you find something lacking, your hosts will quickly try to accommodate your requests). In short, the value received from the rental unit was appropriate for the rental price.

Spacious, clean and cozy
Publié le 7 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayLoved everything about the place. The decor, pool table, AC, rooms, beds and it has a nice view. Great spot and would love to stay again. We had 3 adults and two teen girls so we needed the space and bathrooms.
