An excellent villa in a perfect location

The location is great, lovely and peaceful yet close to the beach, town, shops and everything you need.
Spotlessly clean and with absolutely everything you need for a week away, with a lovely large kitchen and fantastic outdoor area. The rooms are all large and light, with comfy beds.
The pool was spotless and perfect for the kids who swap every morning.

Favourite Town - New Favourite Villa
Publié le 4 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayFantastic Villa... 3 bedrooms but just the two of us, so spolied for choice. Master bedroom has fabulous views from the balcony. Everything you need, huge kitchen, stone sofas ( unusual but comfy !! ) , large sun terrace including 6 sunbeds abd of course the pool. Water bit chilly but then again weather was partly cloudy but it'd be ideal when temps reach 40.C !!
Clean, spacious and a 20 minute walk across the hill to the centre of town. Car a must though for exploring further or shopping and bus service on a restricted timetable/route due to roadworks in the approach from Coral Bay to Pegia.
Will definitely be back.. great comms and Robin does a great job of day to day maintenance and any issues.

Villia Naxos stay in May
Publié le 15 mai 2023 sur HomeAwayThe villa is very nice and spacious and well laid out and is easily big enough for 6 people to stay.
if you really look it could do with a little bit of maintenance (a few cracked tiles on the patio and cracks in the walls ) but nothing to worry about.
Plenty of sun loungers and chairs for the pool area and plenty of seating inside as well .
The only downside we found was that the sun disappeared behind the hill at about 4.45 pm but it was still warm to sit outside.

Many thanks for your feedback and kind comments. We are very pleased with the 5 star rating. We understand that with any Cyprus holiday a car is an advantage especially in the quieter and more scenic locations slightly away from the coast. Many guests have found that the 1km walk into the village is very do-able for meals out and more but many prefer to take the car and park in the central car park (free). There are various seating areas for lounging, dining and sitting but the owner is considering adding to this in the near future. We thank you again and hope to welcome you back soon. Lovely big villa over looking the whole bay and town , you need a car but driving is cheap and easy

A villa with great views
Publié le 13 oct. 2017 sur HomeAwayGreat views across the valley, peaceful location, however in September, the sun has gone away from the pool area around 15:45. The villa has all that you need, but a car is advisable due to its remote location. The villa itself could do with some mantainence to keep it looking prestine and to replace some of the floor tiles out on the patio. Despite all of the above, I would highly recommend this villa.
