Great location.
Publié le 22 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayA great location. Short on and off I-95. Easy to airport, art museum and center city. Parkin in Phila is always a challenge but I found spots within 3 blocks in the street. Parking in front is restricted to 2 hrs from 4-pm to 2am in front of the house. If you have a large group, living room seating is limited. The Host, Anthony, was GREAT. Very responsive. Immediately took care of minor issues.

Fishtown visit
Publié le 19 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayNice 3 story home. It would be a good ides to let visitors know where to park. Breaker flipped once when we used the wall electric heater, and the dishes were put back into the cabinet dirty (could have been done by the previous visitors). Other then that, we enjoyed our stay.

The home just wasn’t as clean as we’d like it to be every bathroom need attention and deep clean, mold in showers, floor tile not locked in 3rd floor bathroom rarely flushed. Food stains on kitchen tile. The kitchen stove went out and the basement steps are dangerous. There was a creepy doll hanging in the backyard/neighbord backyard. Very unsettling

First trip to Philly

There was plenty of room for all of us and we were delighted to find a small fenced in yard! Never heard our neighbors so the sound proofing must be good as well. Had a great stay!

Great place!

We had 5 people sleeping, and were back and forth between my daughter’s house in Fishtown. Close to grocery stores, coffee shops, and there was a lot to do in Philly. Highly recommend. We will stay there again.

Great place in a great neighborhood

Family rental for long wedding weekend
Publié le 10 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayWas surprised how overall it was a quiet neighborhood. Never had a problem parking with the 2 cars we brought. Always could find a spot in front of right or across the street. Every time. And we came and went alot over our stay! Pretty much 10-15 minutes from everything we needed or wanted to do.
