Très mauvaise expérience. La toilette était bloqué dans la chambre, aucune possibilité de changer de chambre. Après plusieurs appel à la réception, on ce fait répondre que quelqu'un y verra le lendemain matin. Aucun moyen de parler à un responsable, nous désirons une compensation, nous avons laisser nos coordonnées, envoyé au moins 2 courriels, aucun retour de leurs part .Très mauvais service.

From the moment I arrived, the staff’s friendliness stood out. The cleanliness of my room was top-notch, and the lobby was both elegant and welcoming. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and friendly atmosphere.

Every time I entered the hotel it smell like weed or cigarettes. The smell of weed drifted into my room from the hallway.

The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable & the service was good. They were very friendly! The included breakfast was good. Just had coffee myself, but they had bagels, waffles, bread to toast & cereal available. Overall it’s a decent place. Yes, it could use some maintenance/repairs/updates but for the great price, it was very good, in my opinion.
