Very good service people is nice Initially I got a Problem with a noisy sound of water in my room but they fix it quickly by changing my room number They have a taxi service wich is usefull too for going to the airport

Agreable sejour. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Tres belle piscine et terrasse pour prendre un verre le soir.

Je leur ai envoyé un mail pour qu’il vienne me chercher au terminus des mini vans qui est proche de l’Hôtel. Aucune réponse !! J’ai donc du téléphoner ! Ils m’ont demandé 15 dollars pour un tuk tuk alors que mon voyage entre Battambang - Phnom Penh ne m’a couté que 12 dollars ! J’ai payé 2 dollars pour un autre tuk tuk du terminus à l’hôtel. Chambre minuscule et piscine très sale ( capuchon de plastique au fond de la piscine, particules noires)! Je ne me suis donc pas baigné durant tout mon séjour !

It seems to me that there has a language miscommunication occurred in this case, which can happen when you travel to a less developed countries. We apologize that we could not talk French language to ensure full understanding. We are sorry for your frustration and do apologize for any inconvenience caused. I also would like to thank you for choosing our hotel and I hoped that you would have a more pleasant experience with us here in Cambodia. Stay. Inspired ---------------------------- For the other travelers here some clarification from hotel side; you be the judge: POOL Our pool is a saltwater pool and it is getting deep cleaned every day, early in the morning. The hotel is located in the middle of the duty, busy city area where worse case, some dust or particles may be penetrated the pool. So far since the over 4 years, we never had a guest complain about our pool and water quality. TRANSPORTATION Please be informed that our Hotel fleet is equipped with high sophisticated SIENNA and LAND CRUISER. Those cars are accompanied with AC, leader seats, cold towel, cold, bottled water, music, good smell and driven by an English speaking, well trained driver. OF course the price is different for such a travel experience and it is very well accepted to travel in style from our guests. To compare that safe VIP service ($15) with an adventurous TUK TUK ($4) may not be appropriated. Noel O Furrer General Manager
