Long term rental
Publié le 2 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayA few things that were disappointing. No garage door opener, dishwasher did not clean dishes and barbecue that did not work. Also, the yard was full of weeds. This is the first time I have not given 5 stars in the last 4 long term rentals.

We regret that you were disappointed in your stay at our home. To address some of your concerns: We understand having a garage door opener would be more convenient, however, a code to manually open the garage door is provided to our guests. Our dishwasher was tested by our property manager after your stay and we were told it is working fine. Perhaps really soiled dishes need to be soaked prior to being put in the dishwasher. The BBQ does work and we were under the impression our property manager offered to show you how it works but you declined. Lastly, our yard is sprayed at least twice a year for weeds. More weeds pop up with the rainy weather.
We do thank you for choosing our home for your ~ 2 month stay.

Publié le 8 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis Home was perfect and had everything we needed for our stay. We came in for a week for the NASCAR race and this was a perfect location. The hosts were very responsive to all our questions and we had no issues accessing the home when we arrived.

Close to the South Lake which has many amenities; also close to grocery shopping and some eateries. Will definitely come again!

Great property
Publié le 3 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayClean and comfortable with everything you need.. Nice location within easy walk to a trail and the lakes. Well furnished with nice backyard and pool and fun putting green. Hosts were responsive to questions.

Needs TLC
Publié le 2 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayThis property has obviously been a rental for a while and the living room couch has that worn look to the cushions. There was an issue with the patio door not locking and some of the slats for the patio blinds were missing. After talking with both the owners and property maintenance we understood that the owners were aware of the patio door and blind issues and were going to address upon their return in April. I would have felt much better if I had been made aware of the patio door not being able to be locked before I arrived. There was a pole in the door tracks but it was not sufficient enough to keep the door from being opened. My husband put a different pole in the tracks but we did not have a locking door during our entire stay. I am not leaving a bad review because the house is very nice and we did enjoy our stay. I just wish that we had been advised on the patio door issue prior to our arrival.
