Publié le 16 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayFirst let me say this was not the chalet we booked. It was a supposed upgrade. Upon arrival we are hit with the extreme odor of musk and mildew. Dust and spider webs everywhere. The furniture was very uncomfortable. No where to relax or watch tv comfortably. For $500 a night that is unacceptable. One employee said we would be compensated. When we checked out another said she was new and needed to be worked on with her wording unfortunately we DO NOT RECOMMEND. I did not intend on writing this review but if someone will not work with you things must be addressed.

Needed to be cleaned better
Publié le 2 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayI have a 1 year old that’s crawling everywhere and after a few minutes in the cabin, his hands, knees & feet were black. When I took my shoes off I could feel the grit and dirtiness on the floor. We had to wipe our feet off before getting in bed. I called the front desk & they sent someone to come mop but she only mopped the common area. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

Cozy home
