The whole thing was a stuff up. Arrived during load shedding and there was no power. The whole place was dark
Then they said they have no record of our bookings (2 rooms) and the executive suites we had booked had already been taken. Infact they only have one executive suite yet your system allowed me to book two.
Then later they found the records, but the booking tbey found was only for one room, yet I had booked two and even have email condirmation of two rooms.

One of the rooms the bath was not working then I was moved to another room where the water was cold.
