The place smelled. The bed felt like a sofa bed. The chairs were uncomfortable. No hairdryer, the shower water was cool. Overall rate as 0.

Dear Marilynne,We are sad to see you had a rough time at our hotel. That is not the was we work, we strive for the best for the guest. Were your concerns brought to the front desk? Or the GM? We could have rectified any bad situation you had, had you addressed them. We have hair dryers at the front desk for all guests. Two brand new boilers were being installed during your stay, causing the cooler water at that time. The next time your in the area, give us another try. You'll be glad you did. Thank you,

I was on the second floor but coming out my to enter the elevator it smellled like dog. Yes dog there was one lady when I arrived to check that had a dog in the lobby I cant say it was her dog that smelled up the elevator but it definitely smelled like dog. The bacon smell coming fron the studio rooms definitely smelled alot better.over all it was a good stay at a fair price definitely would stay again

This hotel is probably one of the best we have ever stayed in. It was clean. Its smelled nice. All the facilites and amenities were up to date. It was in a quiet area with lots of shops and food to go to. It was a great hotel. I recommend it to anyone.
