Generally good. Disappointed there was no kettle or microwave in the room, although there was a refrigerator.

Hi DevindraWe now have a general area, with a coffee station, microwave in our bistro. With disposable cups etc., for all resident guests. That would have been on a notice in your room. I would look into where we can have that information visibly placed. Thank you.

Your pool needs refurbishing and cleaning during the day because of the falling leaves and flowers from trees close to it

The night staf were extremely rude. The door of the room did not lock. The facility was nasty, and needs a lot of repairs. The breakfast area had a lot of bugs. I do not recommend this place at all.

Hi, I would look into this matter about the night staff. I am also concerned about the term used which is nasty. We have housekeeping everyday cleaning rooms , wiping windows, as we are known for our clean spaces . Can you identify the names of the staff you encountered? I can’t do anything about beetles caught in the curtains in the dining room, but certainly will pay closer attention

The staff was very friendly. Service was great. I didn't like that it had no microwave and iron in the room. The continental breakfast menu was very limited. Other than that it was a great stay.

Hi We have a common area with microwave sorry none told you. We do have an ironing board , the iron may be missing . We do have extra at our front office .i would make sure my staff let guests know .

The property is in dire need of upgrading to the 21st century, yes it's low budget but little improvement can be made to the rooms pool and bar area.
Customer relationship needs attending to also.
But if you want a quiet place to be for just a day or two after going to the beach or shopping it's good.

My room was not cleaned and the shower was not properly cleaned when I got there. The receptionist is not a friendly person

Property within walking distance to the Savannah and is situated in the heart of Port of Spain. Most of the ground staff appears to be Venezuelans and can hardly speak english. Every move u make it appears someone is watching you, and where privacy is concerned i didnt like that. Overall the stay was an okay experience.
