Dropped off our car for valet and was told our car would be parked in the garage once the guy came back from parking another car, came down from our room 3 hours later and our car was still parked out front. Prior to that, we had called the front desk from our room checking in on our car to make sure it was valet and they said they would call our room back once they checked to let us know, they never called back.

Most of the staff was really helpful. Dude at the front desk was useless. But the ladies were kind. Emergency work shut off water at 11 pm. And then workers were drilling right above our heads. I wish we could have not been in that room. They did refund the cost of the stay, which was great customer service. So I would probably stay again. But it was a rough night with little sleep.

Good location. Everything very close to the hotel. No need to have your own car as public transportation is great!

The parking is valet only and I got to know only after reaching there. This is a pain for people with tesla and a key on their phone. It would’ve been nice if there was some prior notification in the hotel details page in the app. I had to park my car myself and there was a huge line for valet at any point in the day. Other than that, the hotel is very clean and the staff were friendly. They didn’t charge me for the valet parking after explaining my situation.
