Publié le 16 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThe listing said there was a dryer. There was none. We specifically picked the location because of the washer and dryer to wash and dry our hiking clothes. So we couldn't do that and we had no time to hang them and wait for them to dry.There were no pillow cases on the pillows. There was a scarcity of towels. Google maps could not find the prooerty and there were no instructions on how to get there from portomarin. Luckily a local guided us there by following his car.
It is a beautiful home and quiet spot. Unfortunately it did not work for us and we left a day early wednesday morning.

Thank you for your feedback. We have an ongoing request with Vrbo to change the wording of our drying facilities, as we don’t have a tumble dryer yet, but have an airer and two heaters/ blowers.
We state in the amenities information that there are always more towels and bed sheets on request.
As it is in the countryside, it is essential to read the Welcome information which is sent by Vrbo three days before your stay, to access the house easily. Also we are always available by phone/ text with any questions, requests or complaints.
