Possibly the best lodging in all of the Galapagos. Fantastic rooms with gorgeous views of the ocean and nearby sea lions. Joao at the front desk helped us plan all our island excursions and made us feel at home.

O melhor de San Cristovan
Publié le 10 avr. 2024 sur HotelsO melhor hotel da Ilha de San Cristovan. Tem categoria 5 estrelas. Ele é todo lindo. Tudo muito bem conservado, parece recém inaugurado. Toalhas grandes e macias. Camas muito confortáveis, academia muito boa. Em ótima localização. O café da manhã é a la carte, com produtos de primeira qualidade. Café excepcional. O hotel é muito tranquilo e o pessoal do atendimento sensacionais.

Rarely seen in this parts of the world and I’m from these parts. “ Magnificent Customer Service “.
Erika, Argenis, (front desk). “ Everyone ” at the restaurant and bar. Maids, Security, “ Everybody “. It’s really appreciated and enjoyable. I pamper myself wherever I go and I got pampered !!!

Cecilia was excellent, making sure everything was seamless. I stayed when this property was brand new and things were still getting a little sorted but the staff was helpful and over the top courteous. The bar made good drinks which I had in the pool area one day and the bar area one night. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff took care of every small request quickly and happily (or at least faked happy) which is hard to come by sometimes. After I learned about the area, I was able to walk to a small grocery and to other dining, etc. The one thing you need to be warned about is the mirror situation. It is a beautiful mirror but I the lighting on it or something about it made it very hard to see in. I don't wear makeup but I could not pluck my eyebrows, etc. When I looked in a mirror elsewhere, I was surprised by my image as my hair was a sight and Albert Einstein's eyebrows were on my face. But everything else there was spectacular! The staff arranged taxis without complaints and greeted each person every time they came in. Since it was so new and there was only one other family there when I was there, the over helping of the staff almost got annoying so I am hoping as the staff settles in, that would tone down a bit. Oh, also, I went out quite early in the morning and the staff surprised me by packing me a lunch to take with me.

Vale cada centavo!

El personal muy atento, las instalaciones de primera, fácil acceso, a los pies del hotel está una playa en la que están decenas de lobos marinos. El único pero que le encontramos, es la poca variedad de platos en el menú.

I liked being able to immediately walk out to swim with the sea lions.
I had to get used to asking for face clothes; something that is apparently not part of this culture.
The restaurant should label the items on the breakfast bar.
The staff was SUPER!!!
