It was such an amazing resort! A friend and myself went to celebrate our 30th birthdays and just felt over the top special. The staff were so sweet and very happy to make sure we were taken care of. Entertainment every night was excellent, fun, and engaging! We were able to easily eat at the restaurants each night, with a little bit of a wait if we didn’t make a reservation. We both think room service could have been different for lunch and dinner but the food was spectacular anyways. Special thank you to Edwin from room service, he went above and beyond on our birthdays and was just so very nice!! We will be back to this resort for sure!!!

The property by far the best all inclusive hotel i have been to everyone is super nice and friendly and helpful and it’s very clean i highly recommend this hotel thank you all again for my wonderful stay

Excellence Punta Cana is a beautiful resort with friendly staff. Many different food options were great. Will definitely return again for some relaxation.

This was our honeymoon and we had the best time ever because of all the staff! Big shoutout to sexy chocolate, Scooby doo, Superman, mini Barbie and Coca Cola! They are honestly the best! To add to all that, the food in all the restaurants was delicious (spice and hibachi was our favourites). We really can’t say enough about how amazing the whole resort, staff and food was! HIGHLY suggest you go here!

Loved the hotel! Great service from all staff! First a big, big compliment to Kendry serving at Bar Sol! He served us very good drinks! A big compliment to Yorgy (not sure if his name is right) cooking and serving at the Hibachi! And a big compliment to Jonathan, who took good care of our luggage and helped us around! The staff is great!

Excellence Resort Punta Cana offers a mix of highs and lows. Fernando at the front desk was fantastic, ensuring a smooth check-in experience. Superman and Scooby Doo from the entertainment team brought great energy and kept the games fun and lively. However, the food at the buffet was mostly lukewarm or cold, and the cleaning service left much to be desired, with brown stains on the complimentary robe and blood stains on the blanket and bed sheet. I have been to all the other Excellence resorts, and this was try shocking. The servers lacked attentiveness and friendliness, which affected the overall all-inclusive experience. The restaurants were decent, with Agave and The Grill standing out as excellent choices. Yordy at Hibachi was also exceptional and made the dining experience memorable. Overall, I’d give the resort a 7 out of 10.
