Pas de séjour car réservation annulée par l’établissement alors que je devais payer sur place… pas de réception ! Ni personne pour accueillir !

We want to clarify that your booking was cancelled by yourself & despite this, we ensured the cancellation was free of charge, so no payment was taken from you. Additionally, we would like to emphasise that our establishment clearly states in all correspondence and on the listing itself that there is no reception available. This information is provided to ensure all our guests are aware of our accommodation setup prior to booking.

Decent room, terrible service
Publié le 28 juill. 2024 sur HotelsTried to cancel my stay 3 weeks in advance and they wouldn’t accept. A lower level staff tried to help but it seems management is too greedy. No reception area so if you run into any problems outside working hours youre out of luck.

You tried to cancel after hotels.com free cancellation window, it was your choice when booking to choose a cheaper non refundable booking type, hence why they system did not allow you to cancel. Correct there is no reception at this apartment complex, however, there is a 24 hour duty manager on call for any issues you may encounter, a service you utilised calling after hours and we were prompt to resolve your issue. I'd appreciate more honesty next time when you leave a review, these issues you encountered were of your own doing, it is not fair to take it out on us.

We enjoyed our stay, it was right on the lake, with beautiful views and not far from the main town.

It was exactly what we needed.Next time I would choose an apartment with a view.The surrounding area was lovely and a great area to walk.Scenery was beautiful and easy access to airport and town by bus . Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.I would also recommend to friends and family.

Beautiful location and apartment. Lots and lots of space in the room and a wonderful balcony with great views of the area. Cooking was easy, layout was wonderful. It’s a bit of a way from Queenstown, but then you’re safe from its bustle.

The apartment is spacious with a very nice view of the lake and mountains. The kitchen is fully furnished. Besides the kitchen wares and cutler, they also provide salt, pepper and cooking which is the basic condiments of cooking

Really enjoyed staying in this property, comfortable with ample spaces, complete with full kitchen and a good view at the front. Hassle free checking in and out. Will definitely love staying again next time. Highly recommended
