Super accueil !!! Bon rapport qualité/prix. A 20 min de Zermatt en train. Je conseille.

Pour : Situation et originalité du patron
Contre : Salle de bain très petite Plus de produits frais au petit dejeuner ( pain fruits par exemple) pas de viennoiseries
Emplacement : Randa ,zermatt pont suspendu
Tres bon acceuil , chambre tres propre main salle de bain un peu petite Personnel aux petits soins , diner surprise a découvrir Situation idéale pour découvrir la region

Ein sehr schönes familiär geführtes Hotel, sehr freundlicher Empfang und immer Auskunft auf Fragen zu Ausflügen oder die Umgebung. Wir haben uns die 2 Tage sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein sehr schöner Abschluss unseres Urlaubs.

Very beautiful place, we stayed two nights, had a delicious dinner made by their chef .very friendly . we would stay again .its a plus hotel

Escaping the regular check-out without to pay the tourism taxes and parking fee was intercepted and obligated from the security to come back and to pay. Reception and common areas are protected by security cameras 24/H day. MGH Staff

Watch for extra fees

The hotel was a good value but they charged me extra for parking even though it was included in the booking. When I contacted them to correct the issue, they eventually agreed to credit my account; but they never followed through. That left me with a bad overall opinion.

Fake reviews have proliferated in every area especially in online booking systems. This man in example was refunded for 20 Chf, this refund was also confirmed from his bank, even though have entered this fake review, why? Why do travelers write bad reviews? - When are full of interior problems; - When do not have enough money to enjoy the holidays; - When travelling in expensive countries without any cognition where they are; All of these issues raise the stress level and the hotel cannot help this kind of clients when they are not cooperative and friendly guests. We provide our best service and the best possible price and we like to be as friends with our guests, but of course we need money to pay our bills, the banks, the taxes and our staff. We are a professional and efficient work team with great dignity. Errors are possible but we are here to arrange the right solutions! Thanks a lot MGH

Never again! Look for a better place.

Check in was a disaster, met by a very unfriendly, aggressive and arrogant host! Had I not made advance payment, I'd have run away to look for another place. The a la carte menu at the reception was not available in the restaurant which we learnt when we sat down for dinner. The website promised bottled water, dark curtains and internet but nothing was available. Internet was available only in the common areas. I always travel around the world but this experience was the first of its kind! The stay wasn't pleasant, eventhough the family of the owner was very nice!

You've got what you you've paid! Why you made a booking just for a bed room, economy, without private Wifi, breakfast, dinner, shuttle service and more, when you was searching for comforts and services. Next time like to book a good quality room with all services that you need!
