Perfect for what we needed
Publié le 16 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayNeeded a place to land while working a booth at the local Oktoberfest. This place fit the bill. It was fun to see deer walking through the property every morning. The only drawback was the limited office hours on the property. They are open from 8-4 and needed me to sign a paper. I was always working during those hours, so I had to be a little late to work on Sunday in order to take care of this. No biggie, would certainly stay here again.

Comfortable and cozy

Wonderful; Kid-friendly
Publié le 27 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe really enjoyed our stay with our three boys (6, 4, 2). The deer came right by the property daily. Caught huge rainbow trout at the private pond. We loved the room and amenities. We will be back! Thank you for your hospitality in Red River!

Publié le 26 août 2024 sur HomeAwayMy wife and I loved the property! Met all of our expectations. Only had 1 small issue....arrived late and had a little trouble locating the correct address. We were able to contact by phone and check in with no problem. Would definitely stay here again!

Barry - I'm disappointed that despite you loving the property and it meeting all of your expectations that you decided to leave a less than 5 star review. I need to respond to your 4 star review and make sure that other guests know that the directions are clearly listed on VRBO and Expedia once you book and it is very easy to find. You were the first guest who could not find the property. Also, the property owner responded quickly to your calls around 9 PM to give you directions to the property. If there was another reason the property did not meet your expectations, please let us know so the owner can help to continue making it stellar for future guests. We're glad you were able to stay with us!

Red River Getaway
Publié le 18 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe were only in Red River for 2 nights but this was a great little place to stay. It was clean, had plenty of room for us and the kids, and several options for free activities like outdoor volleyball, a heated pool, fishing, hiking, etc. It's also within walking distance of a ski area.
Only suggested improvements: the water pressure in the showers could definitely be better.
Also, be aware that the laundry on-site is a coin laundry area in the building and 'maid service' is at-your-request via a checklist left on the door of the unit. You are responsible for taking out the trash and making sure all dishes are washed or there will be extra charges.
Overall a nice, clean, safe place to stay while enjoying all Red River has to offer.

Great Stay
Publié le 28 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayMy family enjoyed our time here. Close to Main Street and walkable. Condo was clean and spacious. We came when weather was in the high 60s and low 70s and felt comfortable despite no ac in the unit.
