Privacy issue. Blinds don’t cover the window. They were melted by the sun and in terrible shape.

Blinds in the windows were melted by the sun and literally were curled up and didn’t cover window. Being on the first floor this was a privacy issue. This until was efficiently and the bed is in the living room so a very uncomfortable feeling when you can see in the window while you are sleeping. Simple fix that should have been corrected before being rented out.

Needs upgrade badly!

This place is dire need up an upgrade. At least our room was. I think they are individually owned. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed we've ever slept in. We usually try to get a king or two queens because my husband is tall and I move around a lot but we had to sleep in a queen. The bed was old and we rolled together in the middle. It just needs an upgrade, the whole room.

The condo sits right on the river. So nice to go out and drink your morning coffee by it. Condo was clean and well laid out. We would stay here again.
