Kitchen cleanliness

doors of dishwasher, washing machine oven and fridge All needed wiping Also there was no cleaning products at all no toilet cleaner nothing to clean the sink or bathroom basin (which I personally clean every day)
We were only given one hand towel I would expect one each.
The frying pan or oven dishes I could not use they needed replacing as very old.
Cutlery and pot drainer on sink yuck!
Sorry it sounds picky but we stay in many cottages and I really struggled with the kitchen although the rest of the cottage was lovely

Dear John,
I am so terribly sorry about this - this is certainly not our usual standard and we strive to ensure we meet the highest standards. I will speak to the housekeeping team and find out what on earth happened on this occasion. I have noted your comments and we will replace the oven dishes and pans etc.
Hopefully then this will bring everything up to scratch with the rest of the cottage!
