This place needs shutdown or renovations. Over crowded rooms. Bathroom is horrible. Bathroom fittings are million years old. I burnt my skin because only hot water was coming from the shower and I was already wet to abandon my shower. But YES IT IS CONVENIENT FOR WHOSE WHO ARE THERE FOR A MATCH IN MARACANA. Unbelievably they charged me R$5 for a dirty smelly towel I requested. I’ve seen them giving out towels to the locals and didn’t charge them. Probably took tourist advantage. Even though camera installed they won’t take the responsibility if someone breaks the lock that I had to buy and put on their locker. If you are a tourist in Brazil ‘STAY AWAY’

Horrível. Sem banheiro nos quartos mesmo individua
Publié le 23 sept. 2021 sur HotelsPeguei um quarto individual achando que tinha pelo menos o banheiro individual, mas não tinha banheiro no quarto. Nem fiquei hospedado. Quando soube que não tinha banheiro fui embora. Fora que o atendimento não foi bom. Estava falando emergia, faltando a pessoa da recepção, a faxineira que estava fazendo tudo, tentando ajudar no que podia.

Not clean but pure insanity! Recommended!
Publié le 6 janv. 2019 sur HotelsSo I got there and instantly I wanted to leave. A pretty dirty and untidy place but I said that OK if I paid for 3 nights I should stay at least a night. One night turned into 2, then 3, 4. The freedom, the fun and the pure craziness that I got at this place is something that I never encountered before. One day there was no water, but it was double fun because of the volunteers working there, the other day there was no electricity and Valter, the owner instead of focusing on fixing it went and bought beers for everyone haha. This place is just insane, definitely not about the services that this hostel offers which is close to 0 (at least showers worked ok) but the people running it and those staying there (mostly argentinians) are well and above worth it! Recommended!

We are Carlos & Patricia, Hostel owners. We have rented our Hostel to someone who unfortunately was not prepared for the Hostelling business, reason why we just cancelled this contract. We have worked hard during the past 2 years to achieve the highest standards and are working now to fix it and have our customers back with the level of excellence they deserve.
