I booked a room at the casino resort and found out our room was in a totally different building well separate from the casino, pool, dining etc. It wasn't terrible, at least it was quiet, but it was inconvenient and unexpected. Staff were friendly and let me check in early, but they're very short staffed.

Nice rooms

I didn't have very high expectations going in because of the fact that it is not that expensive to stay here. Most casinos are rather pricey. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was your typical hotel, nothing spectacular, but the beds and pillows were super comfy. I will book a stay in the future and go back. I would highly recommend checking out the casino too! We did fairly well and had a good time and it was really neat that it was on a riverboat.

Waste of a birthday weekend!!
Publié le 25 avr. 2021 sur HotelsNo hot water for shower, shower was gross with chunks of hair. Hotel was actually across the street with no shuddle had to walk back and forth in rain. Big 2 inch gap at bottom of door let lots of light in. We will never be back!!
